Where can I pick up my t-shirt? Will it be mailed?
  • T-shirts will not be mailed. They can be picked up after you finish at the Post Race T-Shirt Pick Up Tent located in Aquatic Park
How do I have my bib mailed to me?
  • To ensure that your bib is delivered on time, you must register by June 24th. Bibs will arrive between July 5 and July 8.

Picking Up a Bib for a Friend?

  • Bring a copy of the bib number confirmation (this will be emailed to everyone race week) and/or a copy of the person’s photo ID.

What is the start time? Will the races begin at the same time?

  • The 12k begins in Sausalito at 7:30am with three waves starting at 7:30am until 8:15am. You will be assigned a running corral based on your estimated finishing time. The 5K begins at on Van Ness Ave., just north of Northpoint St. at 7:00am

Where do I park?
  • There is metered street parking and garages and parking lots that charge various prices to park. There will be no parking available near the Start Line. Please see our parking page for more details.

Where do I drop off/pick up my sweats?
  • 12k Sweats can be dropped off begins at at the start line beginning at 6:15am.

  • 5k Sweats can be dropped off at Aquatic Park beginning at 7:00am

  • Sweats at the finish can be claimed at Aquatic Park until 11:30am

What time does the course close?
  • The Course will close promptly at 11:00am

How many water stops, toilet, aid stations, etc. will you have?
  • There will be 4 water/toilet/aid stations along the course as well as the start and finish lines.  All stations will have water, electrolyte and medical.

When will remote runner bibs, shirts and medals be mailed out?
  • Remote Runner packets will be mailed out the week following the race.

What is the deadline to switch from a regular runner to a remote runner?
  • Remote Runner changes must be made until July 1st. You can transfer between remote and regular runner by logging into your Race Roster account.

Is the course closed to traffic?
  • The course is closed to traffic. While we make every effort to keep all traffic off the course, there will be traffic in neighboring lanes or crossing the course.

Are dogs, strollers, skates, or bikes allowed?
  • No. We ask that there are no dogs, pets, or other animals on the course. Skates, strollers, and bikes are prohibited on the course.

Can I run with headphones?
  • For the safety of everyone, we prefer that you do not run with headphones. If you must, please only have one earbud in and one ear free of devices.

What do I do if I injure myself on the course?
  • We provide medical assistance at each of our 4 water stations and will also have bike medics patrolling the course. Medical Aid is available at each water stop.

Are there shuttle buses?
  • All runners coming from San Francisco must take the  free shuttles to the start line from Aquatic Park, beginning at 6am and running until 7:15am.

  • All runners coming from Sausalito must take the free shuttles from Sausalito beginning at 6:30am and ending at 7am.

  • There are no post-race shuttles.
  • The 5k starts/finishes at Aquatic Park and does not require a shuttle.
  • For those coming from San Jose, we offer a paid bus that transports runners from Century 23 Theater in Downtown San Jose, to the 5k and 12k Start Lines in San Francisco.

Where can I meet my runner at the finish line?
  • The finish line is located at Van Ness Ave, north of Northpoint.

Where is the lost and found located?
  • The lost and found is located at the Info Booth. All unclaimed items will be brought back to the ATB office and held for 30 days before being given away to charity.

Will there be race day registration?

  • There will be NO race day registration or packet pickup allowed.
